Common questions
How does the free trial work?Fourteen days of the full plan. A card is required; the first charge lands on day 15.Read the full answerClose
Fourteen days, with the plan you picked in full — not a reduced version of it. A card is required to start and nothing is charged during the trial itself; the first charge lands on day 15 unless you cancel before then.
Can I cancel?Yes. Cancel before day 15 and you're never charged; after that, cancelling stops the next renewal.Read the full answerClose
Yes. Cancel before day 15 and you're never charged. After the first charge you can still cancel at any time: cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep access to the end of the period you've paid for. Paid periods aren't refunded, monthly or annual. You can cancel yourself in the billing portal, linked from our support page.

Who exactly do you count?People holding active access — not the invitations you have sent.Read the full answerClose
People holding active access — someone who accepted your request and hasn't revoked it. Invitations you've sent don't count until they're accepted, and archiving a person revokes their access and frees the place straight away. Empty records and people who have revoked are never billed.
What if someone revokes access mid-month?The bill follows the peak count for the period, and the next month starts clean.Read the full answerClose
The billable number is the highest count of people holding active access at any point in the billing period. Someone who revokes on day 2 is counted for that month — the place was occupied — and the next month starts clean. The same rule means turnover doesn't inflate the bill: twenty people leave, twenty join, the peak is unchanged.
Can I add the other plan later?Yes, in either direction — a second line on the subscription you already have.Read the full answerClose
Yes, in either direction, and it's always a deliberate step — a subscription never quietly starts covering people it wasn't bought for. Each sphere stays closed until the matching plan is on the account. Adding one isn't an upgrade or a migration: it becomes a second line on the subscription that already exists, with renewal date, payment method and invoice cadence unchanged. The Complete discount applies from that point.
How does the Complete discount work?A fixed amount off the two plan prices, the same at any volume.Read the full answerClose
Holding both plans takes a fixed amount off their combined plan price. Fixed is the word that matters: the discount lands on the plan prices, which carry the included volumes, and it stays the same whether you're managing twenty people or two thousand. Anyone beyond the included volumes is charged at the standard rate either way. The exact figure is on the Complete card, in your currency. On annual billing the 10% then applies to the whole subscription, this discount already deducted.
Can I change my numbers, or switch to annual?Monthly changes freely. Annual is a commitment you can raise during the year.Read the full answerClose
On monthly billing there's no number to commit to: add or remove people freely, and the invoice follows the peak. On annual the number you set is a commitment for the year — you can raise it during the year, and lower it at renewal. Moving from monthly to annual works at any time and takes effect immediately, with whatever you've paid for the current month credited against the year. Moving the other way happens at renewal, once the year you've paid for has run.
How does annual billing work?Twelve months up front, with 10% off the whole subscription.Read the full answerClose
Twelve months paid up front, with 10% off the whole subscription at the volume you set. The numbers you set are your commitment for the year.
What if I go above my annual commitment? The extra bills monthly in arrears at the standard rate, without the discount.Read the full answerClose
Additional people bill monthly in arrears at the standard rate, without the annual discount — the discount is for what you commit to and pay for up front. If you expect to stay above your number, raising the commitment is the cheaper move: it's charged immediately for the rest of the year, it carries the 10%, and your renewal date doesn't move.
Do prices include VAT?No — prices exclude tax, and no VAT is charged at present.Read the full answerClose
Every price on this page is exclusive of tax. Spherum is not currently registered for VAT in the UAE, so no VAT is added at checkout. If that changes, VAT will be applied at the prevailing rate and we'll tell you before it takes effect.
Tokens
A wallet card with a QR code, branded with your name. The person links it to themselves, and anyone who scans it reaches the emergency contacts they chose to share.
Tokens are an add-on: add them to your subscription at any time. Cards are printed by our production partner, and quantity and branding both move the price, so each order is quoted. Talk to us and we'll come back with pricing and timing.
